Do I need to have a groom's cake? Groom's cakes are a Southern tradition so you do not need to have one if you do not wish to. Can you duplicate a cake from any magazine? We make custom cakes so you are welcome to provide us with any pictures or ideas that you have in mind. If I choose a flavor not on your list of flavors, can you provide it? You can request any special flavor. Can you match any color for frosting? Most likely yes, we can match the color of the icing or on the fondant accents. When do you set up the cake? The set up of the cake happens two hours before the reception time, but it will be confirmed with your coordinator or the reception site. How long after my wedding day does the cake last? The cake will last 2 to 3 days after your wedding. How can I preserve my cake? If you want to freeze your cake for your 1st anniversary, we suggest that you wrap it well with plastic wrap and then in a plastic bag and in the freezer, but remember we provide you with a complementary top tier on your first anniversary. If I'm not sure how I want my cake to look, how will you go about designing one? At the time of the appointment I will sit with you and we will go over things that you like from other pictures as well as the theme of your wedding so we will do different designs auntil you see your dream cake. Do you provide anything for the setup of my cake like columns and toppers? We provide columns but we do not provide toppers. How far in advance before my wedding day do I need to decide on the design and flavors of my cake? Two weeks before your wedding day is your deadline to make any changes on your cake.
